Is this the end??

Hmmm....I was just wondering.....Has anyone thought about what is going to happen to this entire food blog, now that class is over. Our blog can still be viewed by millions using the internet,I'm sure some may use it as a reference for recipes...Maybe some as references for their own essays(lol). But this is like a public forum,in which we speak out to the world...Our thoughts, ideas and works are floating around in cyber space(if you want ot put it that way).haha....that's sort of amazing!I guess we'll all be blogging most probably for English 1102 So what do you think is going to happen to this foodie blog?Dr. Tiff. do you have the answer?

  1. Yes, we have to think about this question. This blog is full of our memory~lol~the memory of first semester in Georgia Tech. We can change the blog name to "the class of 2013"~

  2. This would definitely be a forum I hope stays up. I would really like to post up here with much consideration of "oh how many times have a I posted in order to make sure I have participated enough?" I really dislike that line of thinking and also :) this was a very different approach for an English class compared to previous ones I have been in.

So it is definitely a good question as to what the fate is of this post.

  3. I feel like people have been posting more now that it isn't worth points in the class (although I guess for some it is) and I find it really odd.
At first I viewed posting on the blog as a hassle and just part of my grade, but now I am actually enjoying it.
This class has shown me a side of food that I never really had seen before, and I can honestly say for the first time that I cooked a food, and I genuinely enjoyed it.
As time goes by, I probably won't be posting that much on this blog, but I will definitely check up on it every once in a while if it stays up.

  4. We can always continue posting. For me it was really hard to post blogs since i didn't get a lot of chance to go to different restuarantsã…¡ã…¡..

But, this winter when i get back home, I'll probably have a more interesting stuff to post

  5. My answer? Honestly, despite the best of intentions, I think that when posting and commenting isn't made a requirement, participation in the blog will drop drastically, especially in the busyness of the semester.

In short, I'm very pessimistic. I'll keep the blog up and it would be great if you all proved me wrong, but time will tell....
