Er... yeah ok. But I don't think 1.3 billion people eat rabbits. The rabbit population would be extinct. Remember, we have to take the environment into consideration when making choices about what to eat.
I'd try it for sure. I'm a pretty open eater though. Oh and by the way, 1.3 billion people could totally all eat rabbits, don't you know how fast those things can reproduce? :P
This is how I would describe it: Very bland and hard at first. Then the saliva starts penetrating the outer shell and it gradually starts dissolving, and sweetness comes to the fore. Then the juicy interior washes over your taste buds. Then it becomes very chewy and sticks to your teeth after you swallow it.
Hmmm Hasan got the texture and experience right, but nothing of the taste. It reminded me very much of vanilla. As Hasan mentioned your saliva makes it juicy and it washes over your taste buds. As it does this, I was reminded instantly of a vanilla milkshake except in candy form. It was much the opposite of a tootsie roll, being as the texture is the same, but it is vanilla instead of chocolate.

White rabbit does not sound appetizing at all but I guess it will be interesting to see what it even looks like cooked and what people eat it with!
