Cookbook Review

The first book I reviewed is “The Oprah Magazine Cookbook”. Reading this book is beneficial for everyone who loves food and cooking. As we all know, Oprah is a famous TV host in United States, and most of the chefs mentioned in this book are restaurant hosts or award-winning chefs. Hundreds of kinds of food are separated into 11 parts, such as Meat, Poultry or Desserts in the book.

All the methods’ details are written and some tips of cooking are presented, which makes the passage quiet long but useful and practical. Photos are clear, alluring and strongly supported the passages.

My second book is titled “The Microwave Cookbook” which was bundled with my friends’ microwave. Foods in this book are convenient to cook because only microwave is used.
Every page has 2 foods on average, which means the passages are really concise. Fundamental data, such as the quantity of protein and fat, are tagged at the bottom of every food. Photos are gorgeous. Moreover, some photos taken during the cooking process can help people a lot.
